The house, on two levels and dating from the late nineteenth century, is built over a wonderful underground oil mill of the late eighteenth century.

Ostuni, the nearest town, is only 4.5 km away, while the sea is about 1.5 km.

Rosa Marina, renowned international tourist village, is within walking distance, as well as Fasano with its famous golf courses, Cisternino (20 km) and Alberobello (32 km), easily reachable in a few minutes.

Other important towns such as Martina Franca (32 km) and Lecce (82 km) are less than an hour’s drive away. Brindisi airport is about 30 km away, while Bari airport can be reached in just over an hour (83 km).
